Gianluigi Landoni Forum 485 Sofa
The soft lines of the arm, of the supporting structure - the frame from
which the chair takes its form - and of the ample side sections are the
characteristic features which make Forum a suite at once soft and
inviting, and at the same time remarkably modern and contemporary.
The
same design philosophy is expressed in the end-section, which can also
stand alone to become an island - depending on the nature of the
interior. The same stylistic traits, the rounded lines, are repeated in
the accessories that are also part of Forum: round low tables with
wengé tops, or lacquered black or white with a base in chrome-plated
steel, base-element on wheels also in wengé or alternatively lacquered
black or white. The frame is in brushed metal which functions as a
support.
The back cushions can be easily moved and can be repositioned
to create from time to time a sofa which is different and modelled to
the user's taste. Forum has a structure in solid fir wood with plaited
elastic band springing and filling in foamed polyurethane covered with
termal lap. Backrest cushions are filled with washed and sterilised
feathers mixed with silicone-treated polyester fibre. The seat is in
polyurethane foam covered with termal lap. The fabric covers are
completely removable.
