Ola Rune Mono Chair
The original idea for MONO is based on a hammock: to create a generous easy chair that invites stress-free breaks or relaxed meetings. MONO has a sober profile, sturdily fixed on its well-designed runners.
Available with matching table adapted for an international meeting environment. Runner support in silver-lacquered metal, with matching design details. MONO table: Lightweight table-top with a sandwich construction. Available in birch veneer or lacquer.
MONO LIGHT is a new chair and armchair designed by Ola Rune for OFFECCT's MONO collection. The new chairs are lighter versions of the other pieces in the MONO concept. The typical looping frame from which the seat is suspended is still very significant and a key component in MONO LIGHT's unique design.
The idea of the MONO chair is that it gives a feeling that the seat is hanging in the air. Ola Rune wanted the new chairs to amplify that feeling. The new MONO LIGHT chair and armchair have become slightly lower than their predecessors and have a slimmer and more streamlined look. The MONO Light chair and armchair has a laminated plywood seat in natural birch, stained or lacquered finish. Metal runners in chromed or lacquered metal. It is also available upholstered in fabric.
