dform punch pattern screens are made from die cut strips of a specially developed lamination of wood veneer and plastic. The screens can also be made of fire retardant polycarbonate plastic which can be screen printed custom colors and is ideal for commercial applications.

punch pattern screens are a dynamic 3D sheet material that can be scaled to fit into any architectural application. There are currently 6 different patterns available on a custom order basis for architectural installation. Suggested uses are as fixed or moveable panels, stand alone screens, light diffusers and window screens. The material is sold at approximately $85 a square foot. All screen patterns can use dform powder coated steel frames or can be made to mount in a variety of ways to fit clients’ applications.
