Rud Thygesen and Johnny Sørensen 8000-Serie Chair
Light stackable furniture which despite of its low weight is remarkably
robust. The assembly method using neither screws nor dowels is
patented. The three types of chairs as well as the stool are all
stackable and interstackable.
All chairs and stools with seat height 44
cm are also available with seat height 41 cm: MO 8024 (MO 8021) stool,
seat Ø 32 cm MO 8000 (MO 8005) stool, seat Ø 40 cm MO 8001 (MO 8006)
chair, small back, seat Ø 40 cm MO 8002 (MO 8007) chair, medium back,
seat Ø 40 cm MO 8003 (MO 8008) chair, large back, seat Ø 40 cm Frame:
Laminated beech.
Surface treatment: Two coats of transparent
polyurethane lacquer or black-stained. Table top surface: Linoleum,
laminate or 2 mm sawn wooden beech staves. Seat: Upholstered (removable
seat top is available), linoleum, laminate or wooden, slatted seat in
natural beech.
Upholstery: Fire-retardant CMHR polyurethane foam.
Foot-rest on bar stool: Black dyed PEHD. Accessories: Extra upholstered
seat top. Stacking: 6 chairs, stools as occasion requires. The
furniture fulfils the highest requirements of Danish Furnituremakers'
Quality Control. We reserve the right to make alterations to the
models.
