Ron Arad Tom Vac Chair

Tom Vac is elegant and comfortable. Its plastic seat shell is generously proportioned and offers a high degree of comfort, while its corrugated structure provides stability and flexibility. Up to five chairs will stack with ease to save space.

Tom Vac is an all-rounder and fits in well with a variety of different environments. It can be used individually in shops, offices or at home, or in multiples around tables in restaurants, meeting and conference rooms... wherever large numbers of chairs are needed, indoors or outdoors.

The outdoor version comes with a galvanised and powder-coated frame and its plastic shell contains additives that prevent colour fading.

Programme features
Polypropylene wave-textured seat shell dyed right through in one of 5 colours or translucent. Stacking tubular steel base with four legs, chrome plated or powder coated using the RAL colouring system 9006 (silver). Available with felt glides for hard floors. Stacks up to five chairs. Powder coating is suitable for outdoor-use. Galvanized base.

Fulfils the requirements of tests along the lines of German Industrial Standard DIN EN 1021 Parts 1 and 2 fire behaviour for upholstered chairs (cigarette and butane flame test).
