This series of tables is in accordance with the philosophical, psychological and sociological observation of a modern narcissism of the individual in the life style bath of the masses. People fend for themselves. They are self-sufficient, look after themselves and their needs, especially, during a formal meal. It is, therefore, symbolic to separate the large table, shared by all, into individual areas of people and still further into individual functional areas. A handed down general procedure is made unfamiliar and stylised into a new order.
