Cerruti Baleri, Tato Tattoo Tiger
The on-going collection Galanterie designed by Maurizio Galante for Cerruti Baleri gets bigger with two new digital prints for Tato Tattoo pouffs: two white sweet cats and an a large tiger skull.
Cerruti Baleri, Tato Tattoo
Four original photographic images printed on the bi-elastic technical-fabric cover of the Tato pouf, designed by Denis Santachiara. Once the cover is fit onto the pouf the image becomes three-dimensional, changing the character of the pouf. Each image is printed onto a different color base and it's offered only in that specific color.
''What are four poufs doing in a living room? All alone? And not talking to each other? I want to make them talk: I immagine a ''conversational seat''. The same form, but with a printed image. The same comfort but with humour: digital prints, each one different from BALERI ITALIA the other. A tender white bunny, a flamingo that for once is resting, a bunch of snakes not at all cruel but inspired by certain images of the Virgin Mary, the huge skull of a hyppo, one of those that amuses children so much. I imagine them, I see them, I feel them, they talk to each other, they talk to us, they do! Happy and comfortable they keep us and each other company.''
