Luca Nichetto Wolfgang Chair

Wolfgang chair is a project whose curved wood, used for the back rest and the seat, stands and perfectly armonizes with the solid wood of the legs and structure, and it is an outspoken reference to Scandinavian design.

Just the wood treatment has been the project inspiration, whose concept borns from the observation of the chair designed by Hans J. Wegner and from that one realized by Michael Thonet, both characterized by a peculiar use of the material. Wolfgang introduces itself as a family of chairs in natural version, partially or totally lacquared, whose chromatic palette refers to mural painting.

Each version is available with upholstery. It is planned, moreover, an evolution of the family with a lounge chair and a table that will be presented in two different heights. Wolfgang chair is the first project completely born in the new studio in Stockholm of the designer and it is a tribute to the “Scandinavian life”.
