Kaare Klint's special design classic – The Propeller Stool – was designed in 1930. However, it was not officially presented until the Joiners Guild Furniture Exhibition in 1964. The simple principle of the stool is a frame with crossing propeller shaped legs which - when folded - form a round stick. The craftsmanship of the stool presents special challenges in the production. The stool is in great demand both at home and abroad. The Propeller Stool is available in light or smoked ash, natural canvas or oxhide and goat hide.
A tray for the Propeller Stool is available, in light or smoked ash, and placed on the stool makes a small table.
