Dante Donegani and Giovanni Lauda Flow Lamp

for Rotaliana The diffuser is the most characterising part of this lamp. In fact, Flow's diffuser is made of moulded opal polycarbonate and has a spheroidal volume; visually speaking, it looks like a decomposed series of concent ric rings that intercept and diffuse light in the room.

The shape of the diffuser changes according to the angle of observation; it looks as if the lamp were dematerialising itself and embodied a flow of energy, an electric vibration. The family is composed of floor, table lamp, ceiling and suspension lamps. The diffuser of the floor and table lamps is mounted on a metal stem, and the lamps are fitted with a metallic ring-like touch dimmer that matches the design of the diffuser.
